“I took my bike here for a service as there was an issue with my brakes and I just wanted to get a once over. Steve was very helpful and friendly. He said what was needed and that the bike was in good condition, so he would just fix the brake, as it didn’t need a service today, but might be worth bringing it back for a future one. He easily could have told me I needed a full on service, but he was very honest and just charged for the part and labour. He had the bike fixed within a couple of hours. I would recommend LIOS Bikes and will definitely be going back!”

Dropped the bike off late Wednesday for the service on Thursday and it was completed and picked up by mid-afternoon. Email with some advisories and photos to explain. Service was exceptional, Steve is a great guy and his mechanic did an amazing job on my bike. Silky smooth and silent. Can't fault them - highly recommended.
