Soul - Up Close
“Although based on the Unblended, we built a gravel specific rear end with good clearance, flat mount disc integration and thru axles. What we have is a very fast and light gravel frame that can go most places. The whole frame is made in Italy, from the original designs for the moulds to the actual assembly work. We have our own particular stratification of the carbon fibre layers to produce the sections, using a sandwich of Toray T800 3k plain and T800 UD. The carbon we use for the wrapping is Toray T700 HM 3K prepreg.”

The Process
As you can imagine, when dealing with something so bespoke and custom, once we’ve had a chat over the phone, we recommend a visit to our studio by the sea in Lee-on-the-Solent. From there we can talk you through the frame, component and paint options, before conducting a detailed bike fit analysis in order to ensure the correct geometry for your biomechanics.
From the point of order, your custom frame should normally be ready in 8-12 weeks, after which we will then complete the build with your desired components and finishing kit.
